first off, what is GACC? GACC stands for games anime comic circle. every year, the club [emina] has an event called GACC. for the past few years, this event has been epic. having many activities such as cosplay, doujin gaming, performances and other awesome things.
as we all know, any epic event requires money. now, GACC 2009 need your help! simply go over to this page of my fansite and download the proposal file to view our proposal.

this event is organized by the club [emina] from multimedia university melacca.
this is a club that i happen to be in, so personally, i want this to be more epic than last year. if you guys know people that can contribute then that would be awesome as well.
on a final note, when the venue for the event is confirmed, it would be awesome if all you guys could attend. unlike some events that are very commercialized, GACC is designed to be FUN. it is truly an event that cannot be missed.
